2007 Estate Shiraz Merlot

A smooth elegant blend of Estate grown and produced Heathcote Shiraz (80%) and Merlot (20%). This wine exhibits cherry and plum flavours and has the characteristic softness often attributed to Merlot. Subtle vanilla characteristics from oak maturation compliment the fruit to provide structure and palate length.
